Very nice staff delicious results

Beware of rip-offs! I went there because of the advent calendar offer and the normal price was deducted, when asked why I was told that it has already been paid and nothing will be refunded! Never again! Anyone who subtracts a returning customer for 2 euros deserves less than 1 stars. Rip off the finest.

Subway should be the same everywhere ... But the owner of this subway is anything but customer-oriented. She was totally unfriendly, took the sandwich poorly and, despite several requests, no longer made mayo on my sandwich. The ingredients also didn't look that fresh anymore. If you want to relax and enjoy a sub with good service, you should go to Heidelberg Rohrbach for the subway. The staff there are friendly and courteous.

A bit off the "shot" and therefore not too crowded, especially at the weekend. Overrun with SAPler during the week ...

Cleaner Subway BUT THE OPERATION IS REALLY FRIENDLY. Service should be improved urgently, the owner is of little interest since it is "only a fast food chain" but it would still make sense to point out to the staff that if you work with people you should also be friendly.

No hot drinks available, well. Secondary bay looks very crowded.

Wanted to buy a coffee and soft drink, could only get a soft drink because coffee is banned by the city. I don't know why, probably because of this Corinna. In other cities Walldorf is doing it and the subway rules are different, well there are a few stars less, but otherwise everything looked very clean and fresh. Staff remained friendly and courteous. 5 Stars for the sandwich... subtract 1 star for the staff... So, my first time in Walldorf. A nice looking store, very American. The sandwich was, at it supposed to be: great! However, the staff was a bit not interested what i requested: i needed to correct her about the sandwich size, the right cheese and extra bacon... (...and she grumbled: ye gotta say that first...)! Or was it because i was covered in FC BAYERN MUNICH- Clothes? 😳 C'mon, I'm a huge fan and the final game of the 1st leg in the bundesliga is coming... Frankfurt v FC Bayern... 😌 So, not the full 5 stars, but still a good sandwich... although with 2 different types of cheese... 🙄 I *MAY* come back.... may...

Since it's subway the food is almost same and not to comment much in did quality. Spacious, sit and eat outside in summers. But staff doesn't look very friendly.
